- Responsible for initial set up/breakdown, cleaning, and stocking of pool Snack Bar kitchen.
- Continuously practices and trains all Snack Bar line cooks on the quality standards for safety, sanitation, and food handling.
- Oversees all Poolside Buffet table setups for club functions and special events to ensure proper flow and presentation of Snack Bar and Banquet food items
- Exercises and supervises portion control of Snack Bar food items and establishes controls to minimize food waste and theft
- Constantly evaluates all Snack Bar menu items to assure quality standards are consistently attained
- Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down all poolside Private Party and Club Function Buffets
- Assists Snack Bar Manager with planning and coordinating member private event functions to be held poolside.
- Responsible for ordering and inventory controls of all Food and Beverage items used for Snack Bar service.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Preferably 2 years of a Culinary Supervisor role
- Must be able to work weekends and all holidays during the pool season
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have computer and POS skills including spreadsheets, provide food and labor analysis reports
- Must be able to manage several projects at once
- Have knowledge of bar operations
- Culinary degree and Serve safe are a plus
